Rising Dragon “Sayume” – National Art Center, Tokyo, Wins International Junior Art Award

The National Art Center, Tokyo, is exhibiting its work. It received the International Junior Art Award.

Kenichi Tatezawa, a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) member and former CEO of HSBC Securities, collaborated on a piece titled “Sayume,” a rising dragon, which was exhibited at the National Art Center, Tokyo from May 15th to 24th.

The artwork was displayed under strict security and received the International Junior Art Award.

Rare yellow diamonds are used in the dragon’s eyes and the artist’s seal. The materials used are also exceptional, including paper made from Yuki Tsumugi silk floss (an intangible cultural property) and brass foil from Kanazawa. It is a meticulously crafted piece.

This artwork was exhibited at the National Art Center for a limited time, and opportunities to see it directly are rare, making this a valuable experience. I am pleased that the exhibition concluded without incident.

Regarding the artwork “Sayume,” its value is expected to increase significantly in the future, so if you are interested in acquiring it from an art investment perspective, please contact me.

Thank you for your continued support of Arakawa So’s ink painting art.
